- Proven experience as a food & beverage supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Able to join immediately.
