Qualifications
- Previous hospitality admin position.
- Understanding of OTA systems.
- Live within 20 minutes from canggu.
- Basic computer literacy (microsoft office).
- Fluent english.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
Responsibility
- Guest communication and relations.
- Managing booking calendars.
- Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Responding to and resolving guest issues during their stay.
- Listing management and optimization.
- Coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance.
