We are hiring:

Sous Chef

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting daily kitchen operations and food production
• Managing prep and making sure the kitchen is ready for service
• Monitoring ingredients, stock and inventory

We’re looking for someone who

• Has previous Sous Chef or strong kitchen supervisor experience
• Is organised, responsible and takes initiative
• Speaks English
• ⁠Available 6 days a week (morning /day shifts)
