• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage management.
• Proven team leadership and daily operations experience.
• Fluent English, spoken & written.
• Comfortable with POS systems and digital management tools.
• Understanding of basic financial indicators (revenue, costs, reporting).
• Based in Bali – mandatory.
