Villa supervisor

Qualifications 

• Previous experience as a housekeeping or room supervisor is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good initiative and anticipation/proactivity.
• Fluent in english (spoken and written).
• Confident, professional, and friendly attitude.
• Good attitude, good personality, well groomed, and hardworking.
• Able to work in the ubud and canggu.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of the villa and good service.
• Handling complaints given by guests.
• Provide training to the team.
• Supervise cleanliness and maintain villa assets.
• Handling guest check in and check out.
