Qualifications
High school Diploma or Equivalent education in Hospitality or related field is a plus
Proven 3 years of experience in a hospitality related role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management.
Proficiency in using computer system, including reservation and property management software.
Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to handle various brand concept / guest personalities.
Attention to details and accuracy in handling guest/clients' information.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and team player mentality Professional appearance and demeanour.
Ability work independently as well collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and its guests
