Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, Front Office management, or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of operations and overall hotel procedures.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple departments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Guest-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
Familiar with OTA platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Basic understanding of hotel financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willing to work six days per week and respond to operational needs when required.
Available to start by the end of July or early August 2026.
