Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, Front Office management, or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of operations and overall hotel procedures.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple departments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Familiar with OTA platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Basic understanding of hotel financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work six days per week and respond to operational needs when required.
- Available to start by the end of July or early August 2026.
