Qualifications
- Bali based (Seminyak area preferred)
- Strong understanding of finance and administrative workflows
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure with high workload and fast tempo
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Job responsibilities
- Support daily finance and administrative operations
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks
