Social media manager

We are looking for a Balinese Social Media Manager who is highly skilled in Meta platforms and content creation to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role: work from home or a co-working space, with regular visits to our outlet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Portfolio required (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok content).
• Bali based (Seminyak area preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Extremely proficient in Meta (Instagram & Facebook).
• Strong skills in content creation (photo & video).
• Up to date with social media trends, reels, and short-form video.

Job responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
• Create content plans & social media strategies.
• Create and post daily simple videos & photos for feed and stories.
• Ensure consistent brand tone and visual style.
• Visit the outlet 5 times per week for content creation.
• Monitor engagement and optimize content performance.

Work arrangement

• Work from home or co-working space.
• On-site content creation at outlet 5x per week.

Salary

• Based on experience and portfolio.
