Private villa housekeeper

Requirements

• Male, aged 20–40 years old.
• Min 1 year of housekeeping experience in a villa, hotel, guest house, or private residence.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and hardworking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Comfortable with pets and willing to assist in caring for dogs.
• Physically fit and in good health.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire villa.
• Clean and organize bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Change and set up linens according to villa standards.
• Prepare and coordinate linens for external laundry service.
• Ensure household supplies and amenities are properly maintained.
• Assist with feeding and caring for the villa's dogs as instructed.
• Report maintenance issues or repair needs to the owner or management.

Working schedule

• Monday to saturday.
• Sunday off.
• When the owner is traveling out of town, the staff will be required to stay overnight at
• the property to oversee the villa and care for the pets.
• Additional compensation will be provided for every overnight assignment.

Benefits

• Monthly salary: IDR 3,800,000.
• Annual holiday allowance (THR) after completing 1 year of employment.
• Additional compensation for overnight duties.
