Villa Sari Dewi is a luxury villa property in Seminyak, Luxurious 4 bedroom villa with private pool / can be connected with the other similar villa.
We are a privately owned luxury villa in Seminyak hosting international guests on short stays. Our standard is hotel-level cleanliness combined with warm, discreet personal service. As Villa Housekeeper your main responsibility is the daily condition of the villa. In addition, you assist with breakfast each morning — supporting our guest relation manager with preparation, table set-up and service.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in detail — the kind of person who notices a fingerprint on a glass door or a crooked cushion before the guest does.
Key responsibilities
Housekeeping
- Daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, terraces and pool deck
- Bed making and turndown service; changing bed linen and towels according to schedule
- Laundry, ironing and folding of guest and villa linen; handling of guest laundry on request
- Weekly and monthly deep-cleaning tasks (windows and glass doors, mirrors, upholstery, teak and rattan furniture care, under-bed and behind-furniture areas, air-con vents, drains)
- Restocking of amenities: toiletries, drinking water, minibar, tea and coffee station, tissues
- Keeping outdoor areas guest-ready: sun-lounger cushions, towels, sweeping leaves, wiping furniture; coordinating with the gardener and pool technician
- Full pre-arrival preparation and post-departure deep clean, following the villa checklist
- Reporting maintenance issues (leaks, lights, AC, fittings) immediately to the Villa Manager
- Handling lost-and-found items strictly according to procedure
- Monitoring stock of cleaning supplies and reporting what needs to be reordered
- Correct handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment and waste separation
Breakfast support & service
- Assisting the guest relaltion manager with breakfast preparation as instructed — washing and cutting fruit, preparing the coffee and tea station, toasting bread, plating and garnishing
- Preparing mise en place the evening before and helping with the early-morning set-up
- Setting the breakfast table attractively: clean tableware, glassware, napkins and flowers
- Serving and clearing breakfast, washing up and returning the kitchen and dining area to a spotless state
- Supporting the cook with the daily stock check and reporting missing breakfast provisions to the Villa Manager
Guest interaction
- Greeting guests politely and being helpful but discreet; respecting guest privacy at all times
- Communicating basic information in English (breakfast times, laundry, housekeeping schedule)
- Passing on guest requests and complaints immediately to the Villa Manager
- Absolute discretion regarding guests, the property and its owners
What we are looking for
Required
- Professional housekeeping training in a five-star hotel (four-star minimum) — you have been trained to hotel standard on the job, and can name the property and your supervisor. A school diploma is not required.
- Minimum 1–2 years' housekeeping experience in a hotel of that standard, or in a hotel plus a luxury villa
- Basic conversational English (spoken)
- Comfortable helping out in the kitchen and around food service
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety
- Neat personal appearance, honest, reliable, punctual
- Physically fit; able to work standing and moving throughout the shift
- Own motorbike and valid SIM C; living in or near the Seminyak / Kerobokan / Denpasar area
- Willing to start early (approx. 06:30) and to work weekends and public holidays on roster
Advantage
- Experience in a private luxury villa in addition to your hotel background
- Training rotation or experience in Food & Beverage service alongside housekeeping
- HACCP or food handling training
- Basic barista or juice/smoothie skills
- Experience working with a housekeeping checklist or PMS/booking system
What we offer
- Salary: [Rp 3.800.000 – 4.500.000 Rp per month, depending on experience]
