Waitress & administrator

Vinyl Coffee Bar is looking for a dedicated, passionate and friendly team member to join us as a waitress & administrator.

You will be part of a small, friendly team in a vibrant café and bar environment, where good food, great drinks and excellent service bring people together.

Key requirements

• English is a must (for communication with guests and team).
• Experience as a waitress (taking orders, serving food & drinks, and handling customer needs).
• Comfortable with basic administration (e.g., stock, records, simple reports, booking/coordination).
• Confident in selling (upselling, suggesting menu items and drinks).
• Diligent, organized and detail-oriented (keeping everything in order).
• Able to handle complaints professionally and calmly, so guests feel happy again.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented.
