Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales within hotel/villa/hospitality industry
- Strong network with travel agents, DMCs and OTA platforms is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Based in Bali
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to maximize revenue and room night production
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and OTA partners
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client visits
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis
