Barista

ARVO BALI - An exciting new beachside café in Seminyak will be opening in June 2026, is now looking for an experienced:

• Barista / waiter / waitress / Hostess to join our team.

Our café will focus on Western-style breakfast, brunch and lunch, and we are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar café environment and enjoys being part of a positive, team focused kitchen, Bar & floor area.

Requirements

• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to company standards (Barista).
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, coffee station, and work areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
