Qualifications
- Proven experience working with the OSS system and local government licensing bodies in bali.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal or administration role, preferably in the real estate, villa management, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of PBG, SLF, and villa licensing regulations in bali.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken english and bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in microsoft office and document handling tools.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
