Supervisor

Vinyl Coffee is looking for an experienced and passionate Supervisor to lead our team,
support daily operations, and create an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is
hands-on, customer-focused, and confident in both leadership and café operations.

Job responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily café operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure smooth workflow during busy hours.
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking when required.
  • Interact confidently with guests, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform upselling and guide staff to increase sales effectively.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Assist management with scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting .

Job requirements

  • English is a must and preferable Mandarin speaking.
  • Able to cook is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisor or senior role in a café or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to cook and assist in kitchen operations.
  • Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills.
  • Proven upselling and sales skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented.
