We are looking for a general cashier for a new residence in seminyak.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the General Cashier field.
- Able to work under deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP are an advantage).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and VHP system (preferred).
- Responsible for receiving, counting, storing, and depositing cash from the GRO.
- Reconciles daily cash deposit reports from GRO with actual cash and system records.
- Safely stores cash in the safe deposit box according to security policies and procedures.
- Prepares and performs bank deposits twice a week (Tuesday & Friday).
- Uses hotel system (VHP) and Excel for recording and balancing transactions.
- Prepares bank cash documents for external audit purposes.
- Verifies payment documents and prepares payment vouchers.
- Maintains confidentiality and trust in cash management.
- Completes bank cash and deposit reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Proactively seeks solutions and reports discrepancies or shortages to superiors.
- Strictly adheres to cash handling procedures and business process standards without compromise.
