Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate in basic English.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and well-groomed.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, or Japanese beverages is a plus.
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Job responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with friendly and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, highballs, beer, wine, and other house beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar station.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently recommend menu items to guests.
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience while upholding Tama Izakaya's hospitality standards.
