Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, Front Office management, or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of operations and overall hotel procedures.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Guest-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Familiar with OTA platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Basic understanding of hotel financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to work six days per week and respond to operational needs when required.
  • Available to start by the end of July or early August 2026.
