  • Background in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with ability in soft selling/upselling.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management (instagram, linkedIn, tiktok, facebook).
  • Creative eye for content creation (photography/video skills are a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-up.
  • Fluency in english is required and chinese Language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
    decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team.
  • Proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint) and experience with RMS/PMS software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
