A Head Chef in hospitality is the chief culinary professional responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of a restaurant, hotel, or resort. Responsibilities include creating menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The Head Chef also handles budgeting, ordering supplies, and inventory management. They work closely with other departments to coordinate food service for events and special occasions.
