Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 2–3 years of managerial experience in Marketing within a 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality brand.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong business communication, presentation and copywriting skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, website CMS, SEO/SEM, online reputation management and performance analytics.
  • Strong brand management and strategic marketing skills with the ability to maintain a premium luxury positioning.
  • Experience in PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations and marketing campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management, leadership and cross-department collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially driven and confident in presenting ideas and communicating with senior management and ownership
