Housekeeping room supervisor

We are looking for a housekeeping room supervisor to support our growth in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality, with at least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; well-groomed and professional appearance, fluent in English.
  • Proficient in room cleaning techniques, sanitation methods meeting 5-star hotel standards, and room MEP equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in laundry operations (internal and outsourcing), including linen counting and rotation.
  • Skilled in operating housekeeping machinery, including industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc.
  • Understands cleaning chemicals, their functions, and safe handling procedures in accordance with chemical handling and safety data sheet guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Able to supervise Staff, including monitoring their knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.
  • Capable of providing guidance and coaching, including taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes and delivering continuous training to Staff.
  • Able to empower Staff by reviewing their performance and productivity, and coordinating effectively within and across sections.
  • Skilled in resolving guest complaints, including analyzing the root causes of recurring issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Possesses strong technical skills in room preparation and room MEP, and able to manage tasks and work plans based on operational needs, especially for team members.
