  • Mencapai Target: Bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan bulanan/tahunan yang ditetapkan di wilayah Bali dan Jakarta.
  • Strategi Wilayah: Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan regional yang efektif, memanfaatkan pengetahuan spesifik tentang pasar Bali dan Jakarta.
  • Manajemen Tim: Mengelola tim Sales Representative, termasuk penetapan target individu, evaluasi kinerja, dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan.
  • Pelaporan: Menyusun laporan kinerja penjualan, analisis kompetitor, dan rencana kerja secara berkala kepada manajemen tingkat atas.
