Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software, with experience in content creation and production.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing campaign performance.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Spa or Wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or spa trainer position.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and service standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Able to train and coach Spa Therapists.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
