Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Spa or Wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or spa trainer position.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and service standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Able to train and coach Spa Therapists.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
