We are looking for a professional, service-oriented, and responsible Front Office Supervisor to join our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Front Office Supervisor or similar position in a hotel.
• Experience in hotels with the same position
• Good knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS is preferred.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, professional, and highly responsible.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Front Office operations.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room allocation, reservations, and guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Supervise and support Front Office staff during daily operations.
• Conduct briefing and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments.
• Monitor cash handling, billing, and Front Office transactions.
• Prepare and review daily Front Office reports.
• Assist the Hotel Manager in achieving departmental targets.
• Ensure SOPs, hotel policies, and service standards are properly implemented.
