Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. (1) Training period July – January 2024. (2,3)
• Experience: Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Previous supervisory or managerial experience is highly desirable. (1)
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions and team collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and keen attention to detail. (1)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. (2,3)
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and be ready to perform daily tasks efficiently. (1,2,3)
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team. (1)
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities to handle guest complaints and operational issues. (1)
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, cleaning techniques, and products. (1)
• Budget Management: Ability to manage inventory and control budgets. (1)
