What makes you a great fit
- At least 4 years experience in a similar position within high capacity establishment.
- A Culinary expertise strong in food preparation and cooking methods, knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, menu development and recipe creation, kitchen equipment operation and maintenance, time management and organizational skills, inventory management and stock control.
What you'll do
- Oversee the highest standard of food quality in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, regularly inspecting ingredients and final dishes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ensure that all food items are presented attractively and consistently, following the set presentation guidelines, and collaborate with the culinary team to create visually appealing dish presentations.
