What makes you a great fit
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position within high capacity establishment.
- Strong in F&B service management, guest relations skills, staff training, and development, knowledge of health, safety, and food regulations, conflict resolution and problem-solving.
What you'll do
- To build positive relations with the guests, and serve as an ambassador for the Klymax,
- Coordinate with event planners and restaurant teams.
- Generate reports on guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and service improvements.
