What makes you a great fit
- At least 4 years experience in a similar position within high capacity establishment.
- A culinary expertise strong in cooking techniques, kitchen management, team leadership, menu planning recipe development and food safety and sanitation practices.
What you'll do
- Overseeing kitchen operations, managing food preparation, maintaining quality standards for an outlet.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's standards for taste and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning, costing, and implementation of seasonal dishes.
