Operation manager

Exotic Bali Properties is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee and manage daily operations across our villa properties. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including preparing villas to be fully operational and guest- ready.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations of all managed properties Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise operational team (villa managers, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing, finance).
• Handle operational issues and problem-solving in a timely manner.
• Maintain property standards and conduct regular inspections.
