In the heart of paradise, you’ll find a few things: white sand beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and Gooseberry Intimates. In 2012, our Bali-based lingerie brand began as a personal project when our founder noticed a gap in the market. In search of stylish and chic lingerie on the island, she began designing pieces for herself using her background in fashion.

Qualifications & requirements

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Comfortable using online communication tools (email, chat).
Good time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Salary & benefits

IDR 6.5 million – 9.5 million
