Assistant restaurant supervisor

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge, the signature restaurant of Hidden Hills Villas, a family-owned boutique luxury villa resort. The role

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor at Hidden Hills Villas’ new Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge. Assistant Restaurant Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, smooth service flow, and team efficiency. The role involves supervising staff, assisting with training, maintaining service standards, coordinating between the kitchen and front of house, and supporting the implementation of operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising or assisting in managing restaurant staff.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
