Butler / waiter

The role

We are looking for a skilled butler/waiter who is not only passionate about fine dining and wine but also has the experience to deliver top-tier service in a luxury environment. This role is integral to ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and elevated dining experience. With your expertise, you will enhance our guests stay by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations and by creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences. You will be required to be trained extensively in wine, so a keen interest in the world of wine is needed for any applicant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter or butler in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or semi-fine dining, hotspot restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of wine and western cuisine, with a genuine passion for both.
• Strong communication and salesmanship skills, with the ability to confidently upsell and recommend menu items.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good conversational english skills required, with a willingness to improve.

Key responsibilities
