The role

We are looking for a passionate waiter / butler with a keen interest in fine dining and wine. This entry-level role offers the potential to grow into a junior sommelier or even a butler position. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in wine and fine dining cuisine.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in wine, fine dining, and farm-to-table cuisine.
• Strong communication and salesmanship skills, with the ability to up-sell and recommend menu items confidently.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good conversational English skills, with a willingness to improve.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to tables and villas promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all dishes are presented to guests in perfect condition.
• Support the kitchen and service teams in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
• Learn about our menu and wine offerings, assisting guests with food and beverage orders
