Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering/maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on resort facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, pools, and general infrastructure.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead the engineering team in larger projects, contributing ideas and innovative solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
