The role:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about cleanliness and hospitality. You will play a vital role in ensuring our villas, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards, helping create memorable stays for every guest.

Key responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all rooms are properly prepared before guest arrivals.
  • Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
  • Follow all cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
  • Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in an organized manner.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks throughout the day.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
