The role:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about cleanliness and hospitality. You will play a vital role in ensuring our villas, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards, helping create memorable stays for every guest.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all rooms are properly prepared before guest arrivals.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
- Follow all cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in an organized manner.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks throughout the day.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
