The role
We are looking for a marketing & sales coordinator or executive who is innovative, results-driven, and has a flair for luxury products and services. This role is essential in driving our brand forward and enhancing our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort, its restaurant, wine lounge, and spa.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate sales initiatives and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
- Work closely with the owner, resort manager to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall brand vision.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners.
- Manage our Online Travel Agents
- Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the resort.
- Coordinate and oversee photography and videography shoots, ensuring high-quality content.
- Edit photos and create visually appealing presentations using tools.
