Reservation & operator

Hidden Hills Villas is looking for a professional, communicative, and detail-oriented Reservation & Operator to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Reservasion

• Handle guest reservations through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, OTA, and other booking channels.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Provide accurate information regarding villa types, rates, packages, facilities, and policies.
• Monitor villa availability and ensure reservations are correctly updated in the system.
• Confirm reservations and follow up on pending bookings and payments.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and additional services.
• Coordinate special requests, transportation, and other guest arrangements with the relevant departments.

Operator

• Handle all incoming and internal telephone calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to guests.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Receive and record guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate guest requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Butler, and other departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Operator, or a similar hospitality position.
• Previous experience in a hotel, villa, or resort is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with PMS/reservation systems; knowledge of VHP, Cloudbeds, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
