The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is hiring an Security to join our luxury hospitality team in Seminyak, Bali.

Position Requirements

• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• Good physical and mental fitness.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or villa.
• Ability to remain calm in crises or high-pressure situations.
• Valid security officer registration.
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Proficiency in surveillance and CCTV systems.
• Additional firearms or first-aid licence/certification is an advantage.

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and hotel systems relevant to the position.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform operational duties.
• Able to join immediately or at short notice.
