Bali Family Hangout in Ubud is looking for an Operational & HR Manager to join the team.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, facilities, maintenance, and safety.
• Manage recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations.
• Lead, train, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and employment regulations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or family entertainment is preferred.
• Good English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
