Housekeeping | Reports to: Asst. Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Manager | 6/7 working days

Job description

Clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, balconies and outdoor living areas to standard; replenish amenities, linens, towels and supplies.
Clean and maintain assigned public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms, guest facilities) and restock supplies.
Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene and safety procedures; handle equipment and chemicals safely.
Support deep cleaning and special projects; report maintenance issues and damaged items; respond to guest requests.

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, villa or hospitality setting.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning equipment.
Good attention to detail and time management.
Willing to learn and follow standards and SOPs.
Basic English is an advantage.
