Bali Realty Holiday Villas is a growing villa management company in Bali, currently managing a portfolio of approximately 50 private villas across the island. We are looking for passionate, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team.

Position: Villa Supervisor

Job Description:
– Manage daily villa workflow, oversee check-in and check-out procedures, greet guests, resolve complaints or operational issues, and maintain the villa property.
– Lead and schedule operational staff.

Requirements:
– Good English, both oral and written.
– Minimum one year of experience.
– Good leadership.
– Honest and attentive to detail.
– Strong work ethic and a team player.
