HOTEL DESCRIPTION

Part of Accor, Peppers Seminyak is a flagship villa resort, and the only Peppers property outside Australia and New Zealand. The resort features 52 private pool villas (160+ rooms) within a residential-style estate focused on space, privacy, and personalized service.

F&B includes The Laneway Restaurant, a bar & pool terrace, and extensive in-villa dining and private BBQ experiences, with a focus on intimate events and destination weddings.

The resort is undergoing a full refurbishment and repositioning, including new F&B concepts, offering a unique opportunity to build something.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead the repositioning of Peppers Seminyak, driving demand, brand visibility, and revenue through a mix of digital, partnerships, and storytelling.

Monitor trends and campaign performance, delivering regular analysis and insights. Manage creative output including content design and copywriting (outsourcing when needed), while ensuring brand consistency and effective communication of marketing goals and results.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent command of English and local language (mandatory).
• Strong content creation, social media, and digital marketing expertise.
• Experience working with influencers, KOLs, and brand collaborations.
• Photography, video, and graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) would be beneficial.
• Strong understanding of trends, storytelling, F&B, and lifestyle branding.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track engagement and performance.
