We are looking for Purchasing Supervisor to support our growth in Bali
Responsibilities
Supervise staff knowledge, technical skills, work quality and conduct. Coach staff, address repeated mistakes and review performance and productivity. Select, evaluate and audit vendors, maintain vendor relationships and assess procurement needs against policy. Manage fixed assets, stock counts, asset tagging, storage and minimum stock. Report purchases, budget variances, delays, returns and damage, and propose solutions.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s in Tourism & Hospitality Management. At least one year as Purchasing Supervisor or similar in a five-star hotel. Professional appearance and English proficiency. Knowledge of procurement SOPs, contracts, SLAs, vendor compliance, linen standards and professional laundry. Proficiency in inventory, warehouse management, budgeting and cost control.
