We are looking for IT Supervisor to support our growth in Bali
Responsibilities
Supervise and coach the IT team, manage schedules, training, discipline and system readiness. Maintain VHP and integration with property software. Manage LAN, WLAN, firewalls, routers, VPNs, guest Wi-Fi, IPTV and smart hotel equipment. Manage backups, security, updates, data recovery and GDPR/PCI-DSS compliance. Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, POS, CCTV, printers and office equipment.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems or a related field. Professional certifications in MikroTik, Cisco, Microsoft, cybersecurity or database administration preferred. At least one year as IT Supervisor or Senior IT Staff in a five-star hotel or similar hospitality setting. Written and spoken English. Strong VHP, network security, server administration and cybersecurity skills. Detail-oriented, trustworthy and able to handle pressure and emergencies.
