What we’re looking for

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a doorgirl, receptionist, host, cashier, or in hospitality/nightlife is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Comfortable working at night, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Enjoy meeting and assisting people in a lively environment.

Your role

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Proces ticketing payment for the guest
• Assist guests with entry, reservations, and guest lists.
• Provide information about the venue, events, and promotions.
• Help create a positive first impression for every guest.
• Coordinate with the Host and Security teams when needed.
• Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a smooth entrance experience.
