Sous Chef
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting daily kitchen operations and food production
- Managing prep and making sure the kitchen is ready for service
- Monitoring ingredients, stock and inventory
We’re looking for someone who
- Has previous Sous Chef or strong kitchen supervisor experience
- Is organised, responsible and takes initiative
- Speaks English
- Available 6 days a week (morning /day shifts)
