Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, mocktails, and other beverages according to standards.
- Create and develop new drink recipes and menu concepts.
- Prepare quality latte art and maintain consistency in every beverage.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Maintain attractive and Instagram-worthy beverage presentations.
- Ensure the bar and front counter are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Follow beverage quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
